Duncan MacMartin, Podcaster

For me, I was sitting in a space of looping, using tools that had got me so far but have not given me what I needed. I was exhausted and chasing liberation. What James presented was a beautiful invitation and a paradigm shift into leadership of my own life. James ability to bring forward his experiential wisdom, not just from a good story, but from someone who is able to teach principles that invoke the participants own evolution/emergence into thriving.

Stuart Edwards,

CEO SCCU

The training provided is fundamentally different to any generic leadership course we have undertaken in the past. Whilst other courses focus on theory or abstract concepts, the Emergent Leaders Workshops provide an environment for our team to first start to focus on themselves. Then, through self-reflection, the team developed and refined their leadership skills. What we evidenced was an environment where our leaders could speak openly about their inner most thoughts and to critically analyse how they can alter their mindset to improve outcomes for their team and the wider organisation.
We have been amazed by the results and would highly recommend them.

Michelle, Moruya

The workshop with James last week was extremely valuable in many ways, for me it reminded me of a few things that I need to let go of and have been aware of. Having James state, it so clearly was a gift for me.The community building workshop was exciting to see where we are and what is required to move forward to make it happen.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you run Leadership programs for Individuals or Organisations?

We run programs for both individuals and organisations.

We interview each individual to ascertain their exact requirements and ensure the Harmonic Leadership program will help them achieve their desired outcomes. This process also helps the applicant get even clearer on what exact it is they want to achieve.

With Organisations, after an initial conversation with the approaching representative, we conduct a detailed appraisal of the requirements in concert with the leadership group to work out the best approach to achieve the desired changes.

What Community Leadership work do you do?

Great question, and a big one to answer.

We help communities in many need specific ways. From simple community leadership programs designed to not just educate but provide a foundation for harmoniously moving forward, through to assisting develop Youth Rites of Passage programs, mental health structures.

We also help a group of individuals create communities again depending on desired outcomes this can go as far as governance architecture for a fully operational sovereign community.

What Ages does your Men's Programs cater for?

For us it's not about age, it's about the level of consciousness and maturity a person has. We've had 19 yo men excel on the program, right through to men in their 70's get an incredible amount out of the experience.

Again each individual is interviewed to ensure the suitability and that the program can help them achieve what they want.

Do you work with people or organisations outside Australia?

Yes. We go where they is a need and people who wish to grow from the connection to our work.

What is the basis of your Leadership work?

Our approach is very eclectic. It draws from many different streams and would be more closely aligned to what was once call 'polymath'. Just look at our Director and Chief Facilitator, James Greenshields' background and you get and understanding.

Each individual or audience has a preferred medium of conversation, ie some will respond to the science behind our teachings, whilst others love to immerse themselves in the transference of knowledge through the dissection of myth. Our job is to find what suits you the best and sculpt our work in that mould.
